Probate

Probate is a case opened in court to prove that a Will is valid. This means that in order for the wishes of a Last Will and Testament to be followed, the Will must be submitted to the probate court. If someone dies owning property in their individual name, and they have no Will, then their estate still goes through probate, but the law determines who has a claim to the assets.  Please contact our office to schedule a consultation to discuss how probate may affect you. We have experience with probates across the state. Also, contact us on ways to make sure your family can avoid the probate process!

Our Probate law process includes:
  • Probate Administration
  • Letters Testamentary
  • Small Estate Affidavits
  • Deeds of Distribution
  • Probate Representation
  • Probate Avoidance Planning
